Thank you for choosing Cherry Blosssom. To ensure that every customer receives the most hygienic and high-quality jewelry, our after-sales arrangements are as follows:

1. Return and Exchange Period & Conditions We provide a 7-day inspection period. If you find any damage, defects, or incorrect items upon receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at cbcherryblosssom@gmail.com or through our official WhatsApp at +852 94948024.

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be in their original condition as received (unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging).
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your online store order record as proof of purchase.

2. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items (Important) Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal Hygiene Items: For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.
  • Customized Items: Personalized items made or modified according to your specific requirements.
  • Handmade Characteristics: Some jewelry features natural pearls or hand-beaded elements. Natural variations in color and shape are unique characteristics of handcrafted art and are not considered defects.
  • Sale Items: All sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

3. Exchange Process To ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible, we recommend contacting us for a return of the eligible item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
