1. Processing and Shipping Time
- In-stock Items: Dispatched within 2-3 business days after placing your order.
- Custom / Pre-order Items: As these require meticulous handcrafting, they will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
- Business days do not include Hong Kong public holidays and weekends.
2. Logistics Partners & Estimated Delivery
We select the most reliable logistics partners based on your location:
Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Taiwan: Shipped via SF Express.
- Hong Kong & Macau: Estimated 2-3 business days.Mainland China & Taiwan: Estimated 7-14 business days.
Other International Regions: Shipped via Hong Kong Post (e-Express+).
- Estimated 7-14 business days (Actual timing depends on destination customs processing).
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offers
We offer competitive shipping rates for different regions. Enjoy Free Shipping when your single order reaches the following thresholds:
- Hong Kong & Macau: Free shipping on orders over HK$400.
- Mainland China, Taiwan & Other Asian Regions: Free shipping on orders over HK$800 (or equivalent in local currency; please refer to the final amount displayed at checkout).
For orders below the threshold, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products.
💡 Shopping Reminder: When your cart reaches the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be automatically deducted at the Checkout page. All currency conversions are based on the real-time exchange rate at the time of order. If you have any questions regarding the threshold, please refer to the final amount displayed at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country (e.g., U.S. Customs currently imposes a standard import tax on most goods). These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fee. Please consult your local customs department for details before placing an order.
5. Delivery Restrictions & Risk Management (Special Remarks)
- Regional Restrictions: Due to international logistics conditions, specific customs policies, or geopolitical factors, we may be unable to accept orders if the shipping address is in an area where our logistics partners cannot provide stable service.
- Order Assessment & Refunds: Cherry Blosssom reserves the right to assess the feasibility of delivery. If we determine that a safe delivery is not possible, we will contact you via email and arrange a full refund for your order.
- Policy Updates: Global logistics conditions are subject to change. We adjust our shipping range dynamically based on actual situations without prior notice. If your region is not displayed at checkout, it means we currently cannot ship to that location.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can monitor the delivery progress on the logistics provider's official website.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, any additional fees or re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
